If you have a platform that manages your apartment or home across all channels (Airbnb, Hotels.com, Booking.com...) you should be able to generate pre-sale.

The objective is to offer people the opportunity to buy their future stay at your place and book it later against a good discount.

As you might know during crisis time, cash is king and you have to make whatever it takes to have some cash coming in.

You have to be creative and think that you won't have to pay fee to other channels like Airbnb. So you definitely can offer the fee that would have been taken by those platforms.

You also need to know your numbers and know your margins. It's better to offer a good discount than not having any clients. Why not offering a deal with 2 nights for the price of 1?

Keep posting on social media

It's not because nobody is coming to your place that you should forget to post content on social media.

Take the approach of the "feel good" content, don't try to sell on every post but generate desire. People have to stay at home, which might not be so nice 24h a day, 7 days a week, therefore if they can "escape" their mind with your pictures or videos, you create a long lasting relationship with them.

Create new partnerships

As you don't have to manage your house or apartment, it is the perfect moment to create new partnerships with companies that can provide more services to your future clients. you can find cheaper provider, negotiate new conditions with others...
